Companion
This service provides non-medical supervision and socialization. The primary goal is to ensure the individual’s safety and well-being while engaging in social or recreational activities, preventing isolation.
Respite Care
This service provides temporary, short-term care to individuals, offering relief to the primary caregivers (often family members). It allows caregivers a necessary break while ensuring the individual receives consistent, high-quality support in the comfort of their own home.
Home and Community Habilitation
This is designed to help individuals acquire, retain, or improve the self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills necessary to reside successfully in home and community-based settings. It focuses on increasing independence in daily life tasks.
Community Integration

This service provides professional medical care and support delivered by Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN).
